Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Who provides the training?

MudiaTech Academy is operated by Mudia Estate Limited, trading as MudiaTech Academy. This policy applies to our paid live online training programmes, including the six-week AI for Income Accelerator.

2. Your 14-day cancellation right

If you book as a consumer online, you generally have the right to cancel within 14 days after the day the contract is made, without giving a reason, subject to any applicable statutory exceptions.

If you cancel within that period before we have supplied any training services, we will normally refund the amount paid in full. Sending your cancellation request before the cancellation period ends is sufficient to meet the deadline.

3. If training starts during those 14 days

We will only begin supplying the live training service during your statutory cancellation period if you have expressly requested an early start.

If you then cancel within the 14-day period, we may charge a proportionate amount for training services supplied up to the time of cancellation, but only where the legal requirements for doing so have been met. Otherwise, no such charge will apply.

For a service fully performed within the cancellation period, the statutory right to cancel may end only if the required express request and acknowledgement were obtained before performance began. Merely attending the first class does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation right.

4. Cancellation after the statutory period

After the statutory cancellation period, a change of mind or inability to attend does not automatically qualify for a refund. You may contact us to ask whether a transfer to a future cohort is available, but transfers are not guaranteed.

This does not limit any legal rights you may have if our services are not delivered as agreed or with reasonable care and skill.

5. Missed live classes

Please make reasonable efforts to attend scheduled sessions. Missing a live class does not, by itself, create an automatic right to a refund. Where possible, we may offer relevant materials, catch-up guidance or other support; availability varies by programme.

6. If we cancel or materially change a programme

If we cancel a programme before it begins, we will offer a full refund or, if you prefer and places are available, a transfer to another suitable cohort.

If we cannot provide remaining training after a programme has started, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement teaching or a proportionate refund for undelivered services. Your statutory remedies remain unaffected.

7. How to cancel or request a refund

Email contact@mudiatech.co.uk with a clear statement that you want to cancel. You can include your name, programme, purchase date and the email address used at checkout so we can identify your booking. You do not need to give a reason or use any particular form to exercise a statutory cancellation right.

8. Refund processing

Where a refund is due following a statutory cancellation, we will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to cancel, subject to any lawful deduction for services already supplied.

We will normally use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a fee for making a statutory reimbursement.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, where applicable.

Access to separately supplied digital content or materials may be subject to additional rules, which we will explain where relevant before purchase.
